About the event

I'm Hali, a Somatic Breathwork Practitioner! I will be giving information on what somatic breath work is, how you can use it to heal, and how to work with me. 

I will walk you through a shortened experience of somatic breathwork and go over how to use this in your life. We will touch on the mind body connection and how we can use the breath to rewrite the patterns of our traumas or stress and how this affects our daily life.
