About the event
This is for series 1 of 7 (Bundle also available)
We will explore the different energy centers and how to balance them with nutrition, crystals, essential oils, body movement, sounds and more!
Each week we will start the class with tea and regenerative sound bowls and chimes!
We will provide pens, journals, index cards, and a goodie bag!
