Community Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the gentle insertion of sterile needles at specific points on the body. These points can aid emotional regulation, pain relief, unblocking old stagnant energy, improving energy, digestion and sleep, and provides relief from chronic conditions. Overall, Acupuncture meridian therapy aids the body's natural healing process no matter what you are going through.

Welcome to our first community acupuncture night. Expect a quick consultation and pulse reading about your health goals and any medical issues for which you would like support. Wear warm comfy clothes and eat before treatment. You are welcome to socialize with other acupuncture enjoyers or simply vibe. Add to the healing music and our calminh ceremonial space. You're welcome to bring beverages and we will also provide herbal teas. Don't like needles? We have acupressure therapy available that is completely non invasive.
