An hour of musical vibrations filling the space, nurturing our cells along with our hearts and our minds. This is the time where we can finally give ourselves a space to just be and tap into the love within.

Music was what helped Tarek when he needed it the most, and he has been doing his best to pay that forward with these sound baths for the last decade. It has taken him across the world at this point, playing for retreats. He decided to settle back into a simple life in this beautiful land of the Olympic Peninsula and is looking forward to connect with community!
