About the event
Greg teaches an intuitive class every other Monday at Mystic Movement! This means that he guides the class based on how people show up. He does all types of yoga from beginner to advanced, from yin to vinyasa and more! Come and ask for what you need and he will expertly create a flow for the whole group! His teaching style is very accessible and fun. So, what are you waiting for?!
