Sensual Touch - Tantra Workshop

Celebrate the emergence of fall and the end of summer with an amazing workshop designed to get you out of your mind, into your body and expand you bliss! Using the art of consensual touch we will go deeper into the body and the present moment! I'll guide you through each interaction with grace, love, and safety. So many of us have trouble getting deeply into the body, and we stay in our minds throughout touch. This is a lesson in dropping in, letting go, and surrendering to the touch. This is a beautiful part of Tantra!

So, if you've been struggling to connect with your body, to stop overthinking, to surrender to the present moment and to feel safe during touch then this workshop is for you! Learn these skills no matter your age, so that you can find deeper intimacy, connection, and bliss in your life! Stop your mind from ruining your fun and relax into what is possible with the skills learned in this workshop!

There is no sexual contact in the workshops. However, nudity is allowed with consent from your partner. That means there may be nudity in the room, so you must be comfortable with that, but you won't have to touch someone nude if you don't consent to that. I frequently stress the importance of consent in the workshop, and guide you through each step of consent so that everyone is on the same page during the entire workshop. We go through what kind of touch you want and what kind of touch you don't want for both giver and receiver. You may show up with partner(s) and only work with them, or you may show up solo and work with someone else in the workshop. I'll have an assistant there so that anyone who wishes to participate will have a partner to work with!

I am also trauma informed, so if you're worried you might get triggered I'll be there for you every step of the way to help you calm your nervous system and return to regulation. I think these kinds of workshops are amazing for working through past trauma around touch, so please come out and try if you're ready! You are not required to participate in any exercise, and all exercises will be explained before we begin them. I trust you to listen to your body and know what is aligned for you.

I recommend buying tickets beforehand to save your spot and so I know how many to prepare for! Tickets also available at the door. Tickets cost $60 for one, $50 if you buy 2 or more, and $40 scholarships. Scholarships are for those that feel they can't afford the full price, just purchase that option at checkout. Scholarships are only available online up to 24 hours prior to the event start time.
