Neo Tantra Workshops
Tantra is hard to describe because it's an experience. It's like trying to describe love to someone. Once you feel love, you'll understand, but before that it's difficult to grasp! We are so lucky to have the only Neo Tantra workshops in Kitsap County right now! Lona's workshops vary widely including: embodiment, conscious touch, heart opening, chakra alignment, Tantric Magick, energy work, Tantric healing, and so much more!
What are the
workshops like?
Each workshop is totally unique! But they do generally follow a similar story arc. We go through 8-12 different exercises throughout the whole workshop. We'll start by getting really present in the body. In Tantra, the body is the key. This is typically done through breath, movement, sound, or intention.
Next, we will go into a light trance state. You are totally in control the whole time. This just helps relax your mind to allow you to expand more easefully.
Finally, we will be focused on the main topic of the workshop (ranging vastly). We will go through 3-4 different exercises designed to help you experience the desired outcome.
Everything in the workshops is an invitation!
Meet the Teacher
Lona is the owner of Lona Teaches Bliss and she is a Neo Tantra Teacher and Sexual Bliss Coach! She trained with the Samma Karuna School of Awakening in Greece for 200 hours, then came back to Kitsap and got started teaching immediately! In the past 2 years she has taught over 70 workshops!
