Self Care Tips:

After losing Austin, I realized just how vital self-care is. I didn’t want to lose myself during my grieving process, so I promised myself I would still take care of myself. 

I started focussing on nurturing my mind, body, and soul. And I can honestly say I’ve never felt better. This is going to be a very long road ahead… but adding these things into my life has truly changed how I feel everyday. 

Here are some self-care practices that have truly transformed my life:


GROUNDING SHEETS: Ever since I started sleeping with grounding sheets, I seriously wake up feeling alert! I used to struggle getting out of bed, and now I don’t. These are MAGICAL! 

SAUNA: Using the sauna every night for 25 minutes before I go to bed has been a game changer!! I will never go without this in my life! I feel SO good after, I sleep better, and I wake up feeling refreshed! 

Castor Oil - I wrap my stomach in castor oil every night before bed, and I no longer have digestive issues or bloating!! 

 

Vibration Plate- I use this every morning for 10-15 minutes and before I go to bed. It’s good for blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, muscle recovery, and so many other things! 

REIKI- I am obsessed with doing reiki ATLEAST once a month! Reiki helps balance out my chakras and clear away any blockages. I always feel after a session.

RED LIGHT THERAPY- Using red light has made my skin look so much healthier, and also helps with aches and pains. 

REFLEXOLOGY: You don’t want to miss out a pampered service with Jaime! @mearaofthe7s 

MEDITATION- Taking a few moments each day to be present has brought me so much peace. I LOVE Dr. Joe Dispensa! 



TEA- drinking a hot cup of tea every night has helped me also wind down in the evening

 


Investing in yourself is the best gift you can give. Remember, it’s important to prioritize yourself!!
