About Arie

Arie is a trauma-informed physical trainer, personal coach and holistic healer who helps women build confidence, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover their inner power. ​After moving through deep personal trauma and a life-changing journey with cancer at 30 years old, Arie learned that true healing and empowerment begin when we listen to the body's wisdom and honor the energy and emotion that flow through it.

Her holistic approach blends embodiment, martial arts, somatic healing, breathwork, and Pranic energy therapy to support physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation.

As a Certified Peer Support Specialist, Arie walks beside you — offering compassionate guidance and reflection to help you see your strength, worth, and potential more clearly. ​Her goal is not only to guide you through your journey of healing and empowerment, but to teach you how to connect with your body, tune into your energy, and develop the tools to support yourself long after your sessions end.

Reiki Healing Session

Somatic & Energy Healing Session

Our bodies remember what our minds forget. The tension we hold, the way we move, and even how we breathe can reflect old pain or unprocessed emotions. In this session, healing begins with somatic awareness and grounding, followed by Pranic energy work to clear stagnant or depleted energy and restore balance to your system. This process helps regulate the nervous system, release emotional residue, and reconnect you with your inner calm. Each session closes with an integrative conversation where Arie offers compassionate insight and practical steps for continued healing and growth.

Physical Training
(Martial Arts, Embodied Movement, and Mobility)

Healing and empowerment can also come through strength, focus, and movement. Arie offers personalized physical training sessions that allow you to choose your own path-- whether through martial arts, functional mobility, or embodied movement and flow. Each style supports confidence, coordination, and body awareness, while helping you learn how energy and strength move through your body. Every session is tailored to your goals and fitness level using a trauma-informed and mindful approach that meets you where you are. This work isn't focused on performance or appearance, but on how you feel-- empowered, capable, and confident in your body. Together, you’ll train not just the body, but the mind that moves it.

Sessions may include movement and mobility training, mindfulness and mindset coaching, somatic awareness, and energy healing — all woven together to support your personal transformation. This program is ideal for those ready to deepen self-trust, build strength from the inside out, and align body, mind, and spirit in harmony.
